Avoid Physical Threats and lose weight

Excess body fat is responsible for many physical threats like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Exercises like jogging, walking, cycling, and aerobic dancing in the morning for half an hour or a single hour on daily basis can work a lot if you want to avoid these threats and loose your weight. Your diet has also of the same importance as exercises. One can not reach to the goal of losing weight without having a control on diet. Always try to have heavy breakfast instead of having snacks and fast food for the whole day and drink a lot of water.

For permanent weight loss try to include more and more vegetables, fruits and juices in your diet and limit the amount of fat u consume. Avoid alcoholic drinks as they depress your metabolism and increase calories.

On the other hand exercises increase the amount of blood that flows to the skin making it look and feel healthier, improves sleep patterns, and improves heart stroke volume. Decreases the tendency of the blood clotting in the blood vessels. This is important because small clots traveling in the blood are often the cause of heart attacks and strokes.

So exercises for a short time in morning and proper diet care can give you a healthy and a a long life.
