Exercise must for a happy life

Life is the gift of nature to the mankind. It is our prime duty to take care of this time and live it fully so that there are no regrets. The famous saying in English says, “Health is wealth”. This statement states that health is the true wealth of an individual and one should work hard upon it to preserve this wealth. It is believed that a person rich health wise can work properly and live fully. Hence, it is essential to take care of ones health.
The only way to maintain good health is EXERCISE. It is proper exercise that helps an individual to keep himself healthy, wealthy and wise. Researchers have proved that good exercise in the routine adds to ones life; that is including exercise in routine makes life longer.
It is strongly believed that regular exercise is good for your heart, circulation, immune system, bones and for weight control. It's also good for your brain and your emotional well being. But exercise must be regular, and it must be the right kind. Pick and mix different types to get all the benefits you need - think of walking, swimming, cycling, tai chi, pilates, keep fit, badminton.
Exercise helps you keep an eye on your weight and maintaining perfect weight. It is really very important as the obese people tend to get more ailments in comparison to the others. Obesity worsens most of the major health problems of advancing age. Drinking plenty of water is suggested to keep physical and mental systems functioning properly.
It is believed and found by experts that physical activity releases endorphins, or natural painkillers, that help you feel happy and more at peace. Exercise gives you a “runner’s high,” making you feel better and more in control. Physically, exercise produces a more efficient heart, and a lower heart rate allows you to deal better with daily stress. It is also believed that exercise improves ones sleep and is perceived as a good stress buster too. Hence, it is strongly felt and suggested to include exercise in daily routine in order to live a happy life.
