Fitness is the first and foremost thing that is important for everyone. It is the fitness where in we can measure the ability, balance, power and speed of an individual. Fitness can be acquired through regular physical activity. Benefit of fitness includes healthy heart and lungs that means sound body with increased flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Fitness helps you feel your best and reduces the risk of heart attack, colon cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure. It is the fitness that let a person to remain energetic thought out the day. A fit person’s body has strong immune system that helps him to fight against ailments.

No doubt maintaining fitness is the requirement of every individual. It has been seen that exercising is the best way to maintain fitness and is very important incase you have diabetics. Evidences have proved that the diabetic patient who have exercise in his or her schedule require less medication. It has been noticed that regular exercising helps to improve blood sugar control and regulation. It helps in decreasing the need and amount of oral insulin, extending you ability and capability to do daily tasks by increasing your strength and making every movement easy. It improves blood circulation and decreases the blood pressure. In case, you are overweight or prone to get overweight then it is the exercise that helps you lose your weight and maintain your ideal weight. It extends ability to relieve stress letting you have a feeling of wellness.

A few things should be under taken before you begin with exercising especially incase you are diabetic. Since any increase in physical activity can lower your blood sugar, you may need to change your meal plan or medication. Talk to your doctor about making these changes. Consult your doctor and have a medical check up done, especially if you are over 35 years of age. Reduce stress, increase your energy level, and just make yourself feel good. It is advised that you must start from a lower level then gradually should increase. It is suggested to begin with 5 minutes and increases the duration and intensity of exercise slowly. Maintaining a routine and regularity is essential so try to exercise daily. It is advised to get your blood sugar checked before and after exercise. Incase your blood sugar comes out to be low as due to the intake of insulin or medicines then it is advised to take some snacks to raise it.
