Cardiovascular exercise:-

Cardiovascular exercise or Aerobic exercise is a type of exercise in which muscles draw on oxygen in the blood as well as fats and glucose, which increase cardiovascular endurance. Benefits of Cardiovascular exercise are like it strengthens your heart and lungs; reduce risk of heart disease and stroke, increases aerobic power, burns significant calories. Some of the basic needs or principles of cardiovascular exercises are

• Warming up
• Cooling Down and
• Stretching

Strength training:

Strength training includes activities specifically designed to build muscle and increase strength. Strength training also helps to maintain the amount of bone in the body and can help maintain weight. It helps in preventing Diabetes also. Some other benefits of strength training are:

• Slowing down bone loss.
• Strength training prevents several health and fitness related problems due to old age.
• It helps in Improving Metabolism.
• Makes your back stronger.
