I am sure that the words hospital list conjures up all sorts of images in your mind. As I started looking for information about hospital lists just so that I could see what they were, I came across some bewildering information. It seems that the word hospital list seems to mean something else for lots of different people. This made me wonder what a hospital list really was like and why so many people had different versions of this list.
Well why don’t we start our journey into the crazy world of the hospital list and you can decide which one you like. The first hospital list that we will visit is the ones that I came across when I was reading medical stories. In these stories the nurses always had a hospital list that they were looking at or getting ready for doctors to see and adjust. There was another type of hospital list that was mentioned in these books.
This other hospital list is the one that was looked at just before the day’s operating round began. As you can see this is just one type of hospital list that was being given. The other type of hospital list that I came across was on the internet. Here, someone stated that they were getting their hospital list ready for a stay at the hospital. This confused me a little until I realized that this hospital list was referring to all of the things that still needed to be seen to at their home before they went to hospital.
This particular hospital list was divided into two sections. One section detailed the various before going to hospital tasks and the other part of the hospital list had the various clothes and accessories that would be needed for a stay in hospital listed down as well. Of course these types of lists are ones that many of us write down. The next type of hospital list that I encountered was about the financial state of different hospitals.
This type of list was one that made me think that while the people who wrote this list thought of it as a hospital list there were probably others who would think of it as a financial report. This of course makes me realize that while some people think of a hospital list as being a way to organize their home tasks before they need to go to hospital, others will see the words hospital list and think of something else.
