Rules for weight loss!

- Eat a minimum of three times a day. Do not skip meals. You

- Say "NO" to white bread, sandwiches, white rice and other
simple carbohydrates.
- Eat plenty of plant products like fruits, vegetables, and
legumes.

- Do not drink alcohol.

again:

1. Park your car 10 minutes away from your job.
2. Use the stairs instead of the elevator, whenever possible.
3. Move! If your job is too sedentary, take a walk around your
office once an hour.
4. Put your recycle bin in the furthest practical place.
5. If you use the bus get off 1-2 stops before your destination
and walk.
6. Don't use remote controls. Get up and walk a few steps!
7. Use a rocking chair.
8. Don't make excuses for your sedentary lifestyle!
