How to make yourself full of energy
- By:Ralph Morton
Let me try and explain, during our lifetime, alone we are
responsible for many things. Each is important in their own
fashion. However, I think you have to agree with me, the
treatment of your own body is one of the premier items.
If you have nothing between your ears, you are one of those
people who treats it as something that can overcome whatever
you do to it.
The following will give you details, I want you to ask
yourself, am I one of these people?
If you are, smarten up, I want to show you how it is not too
difficult to correct your ways.
The following two people corrected their faults, not only are
they very happy with the choices they made, they are also
very wealthy.

Let me take this opportunity right now to tell you this. If
you are really overweight like Kim and Jason, you have the
opportunity, with my help, to be very rich by following their
business plan.
I might mention here, one gentleman who used his loss of
weight in the very best way, is now earning over one million
dollars per year. The gentleman's name is Peter Ohlman. This
is a people business and if you are able to show others what
you did, you become a specialist. I ask you to consider this,
for this is happening all the time.
The alternative is not very nice. A person who is really
overweight can only look forward to health risks, for their
organs, such as their colons, liver and kidneys will never
work at 100% efficiency when surrounde4d by all that fat and
toxins.
Please read the following and see if this is you.
Each year the average American consumes 150 lbs of sugar and
566 cans of soft drinks (“liquid candy”)(1). According to the
U.S. Department of Agriculture, that is equal to “52
teaspoonfuls of added sugars per person per day.”(2) Can you
imagine yourself sitting at the kitchen table gobbling down
52 teaspoons of white sugar – every single day? Well, that’s
exactly what most of us are doing without even realizing it!
Junk food consumption has increased drastically in the last
few decades. Compared to 1981, in 2001 the average American
consumed in one year: 45 large bags of potato chips - up 78%;
120 orders of French fries - up 130%; 190 candy bars - up 80%;
120 pastries or desserts - up 95%; 150 slices of pizza - up
143%(3)
What long-term effects may we expect from such progressive?
dietary degeneration? A new movie called Super Size Me
documents precisely what physical and psychological changes
take place when one consumes too much junk food. Last
February, filmmaker Morgan Spurlock decided to become a human
guinea pig by eating three meals a day for 30 days at
McDonald’s. The film centers on the impact this had on
his health and life. As reported by the New York Post on
January 22, 2004.:
“Scores of cheeseburgers, hundreds of fries and dozens of
chocolate shakes later, the formerly strapping 6-foot-2 New
Yorker - who started out at a healthy 185 pounds - had packed
on 25 pounds. But his supersized shape was the least of his
problems. Within a few days of beginning his drive-through
diet, Spurlock, 33, was vomiting out the window of his car,
and doctors who examined him were shocked at how rapidly
Spurlock's entire body deteriorated.
‘It was really crazy - my body basically fell apart over the
course of 30 days,’ Spurlock told The Post. His liver became
toxic, his cholesterol shot up from a low 165 to 230, his
libido flagged and he suffered headaches and depression.”

director of the Global College of Natural Medicine
We have all heard of this expirement by filmmaker Morgan
Spulock; this is just a friendly reminder for those who have
forgot. Fancy forgetting this man's experiment.
We still see the same happening today, millions of people go
into McDonalds each and every day with no thought of Morgan's
warning, simply, because they have forgotten there ever was an
experiment.
Apart from this eating habit, the people on this continent have
to suffer the hazards of toxins. Toxins are everywhere, in the
air, in our food, in everything we come in contact with. We
cannot escape from them.
So if we cannot escape from these toxins, the only thing we can
