Kidney stones are lumps or crystals that are formed of a substance from urine. With the exercises several tips like having hot water or tea in a hot room and intake cayenne pepper is helpful in curing or avoiding kidney stones to a large extent. Hence, it has been suggested that exercise daily to remain fit and healthy and be on safer side from various ailments like kidney stones.
